Are you a compassionate and driven Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Psychology Associate looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with Autism? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional diagnostic evaluations and tailored treatment recommendations? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in Charlotte, NC!
Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for individuals aged 1 to 21 with a primary focus on Autism
* Interpret results and deliver personalized treatment recommendations to families
* Supervise postdoctoral fellows, psychometricians, and doctoral externs to ensure high clinical standards
* Administer, score, and interpret psychological tests and assessments
* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure continuity of care
* Engage in activities such as facilitating post-diagnosis processing groups, participating in research initiatives, and conducting community outreach
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with expertise in Autism Assessment and Diagnosis
* Active state license or eligibility
* Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (inclusive of internships, externships, or fellowships)
* Experience working with diverse populations is preferred
* Proficiency with autism-specific diagnostic tools
* Familiarity with behavioral health industry regulations
* Competence in Microsoft Excel and Word
