We're looking for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of growth, craft, and scale. In this role, you'll lead the charge on how we extend our reach, building and refining distribution paths that bring Homebase to more small businesses through integrations, partner platforms, and ecosystem plays. You'll work cross-functionally to ship fast, learn quickly, and raise the bar on what great product execution looks like. Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute a bold roadmap for distribution growth through integrations, app stores, partner platforms, and other levers that meet small businesses where they are.
  • Partnership-Focused Development: Work closely with the channel partnership team to understand partner needs, integration requirements, and how Homebase can add value to their small business customers.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate across Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and GTM to align strategy and amplify impact.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage partner and integration analytics to measure success, optimize distribution channels, and drive improvements in partner adoption and engagement.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor small business software ecosystem trends, evaluate potential strategic partnerships, and identify opportunities for innovative distribution solutions.
  • Partner Success: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to understand their roadmaps, align on joint solutions, and drive mutual business growth.
  • Technical Documentation: Ensure comprehensive integration documentation, partner playbooks, and technical specifications to enable successful partner onboarding and implementation.
  • Growth Strategy: Identify and execute on new distribution channels and partnership models to accelerate Homebase's market penetration and small business reach.
  • Stakeholder Management: Align internal teams, executive leadership, and external partners around the distribution strategy and product roadmap to ensure successful execution.

You are a bar raiser, which means you come with:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • A track record of driving real business outcomes not just writing strategy decks. You move from idea to impact quickly, and you know how to ruthlessly prioritize.
  • Experience building and scaling distribution-focused products - integrations, app stores, partner ecosystems and a clear POV on what makes them successful.
  • Strong product craft: You care deeply about the customer experience and can break down ambiguous problems into elegant, iterative solutions.
  • The ability to lead cross-functional efforts across Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and Engineering. You know how to influence without authority and keep teams moving.
  • A growth mindset and appetite for ownership. You're excited about growing your scope over time and stepping into broader product leadership.
  • Data fluency: You don't wait for perfect analytics to take action, but you know when to dig deeper and when to ship and learn.
  • Ability to collaborate in the office weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
