Purpose of the role

Under the IT department, the Artificial Intelligence (AI) specialist you'll be a key contributor to the AI implementation and usage strategy at la Vie en Rose. You will be responsible for technological monitoring and will recommend technologies to use taking into account the complexity of the technologies, costs and the evolution of systems based on the company's growth needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement in collaboration with business units and partners AI solutions aligned with the company technology roadmap, including but not limited to ChatGPT, MS copilot, etc. ;
• Implement and maintain AI policies ;
• Technology watch of AI solutions evolution in accordance with la Vie en Rose 's Technology ecosystem ;
• Evaluation and comparison of AI solutions ;
• Risk Assessment of AI solutions to be introduced ;
• Define best practices and guidelines around AI usage ;
• Monitor the AI usage within the company ;
• Deploy and manage AI usage controls ;
• Work collaboratively with the different departments to guide and help them leveraging AI tools ;
• Ensure that AI technologies adhere to la Vie en Rose's standards and procedures regarding confidentiality, ethics, security, and privacy ;
• Develop and maintain knowledge about current and future AI technologies ;
• Ensure all AI solutions in place or to be introduced adhere to the la Vie en Rose's Cyber Security & Data protection policies.

Your Profile

• AI Expertise: You effectively integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, MS Copilot, etc.) into business environments.
• Analysis & Strategy: You assess AI solutions, compare their benefits and risks, and identify innovation opportunities.
• Governance & Oversight: You establish best practices, define AI policies, and ensure compliance.
• Collaboration & Simplification: A natural educator, you help teams adopt AI and make complex concepts accessible.
• Autonomy & Problem-Solving: Organized and analytical, you find solutions tailored to business needs.
• Passion for Technology: Curious and forward-thinking, you stay on top of AI trends and their impact on retail.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, information systems or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a specialist in artificial intelligence or any related field.
• Practical experience in implementation, maintenance and support.
• Experience and interest in the retail sector.
• French and English (spoken and written) - The person will have to work with external suppliers.
