As a Regional Vice President - SLED, you will formulate and execute a strategy to maximize business growth and are fully responsible for developing and managing your regional team to generate revenue and achieve individual, team, and organizational quotas.

We are looking for a proven second-line sales leader with great energy, leadership, and initiative to drive team performance and revenue growth for our sales team. As a senior member of our sales leadership team, you will build and drive regional sales teams to exceed company objectives while growing your region according to plan.

As such you will:
  • Manage and lead a team of field-based District Sales Managers who exceed revenue targets, while continuously building a robust pipeline, and landing new customer logos for the region
  • Work with your District Sales Managers to drive account plans
  • Deeply understand your customers' needs by doing the research to develop insight into their priorities
  • Solve customers' problems using your in-depth technical knowledge of our portfolio and ability to take a holistic problem-solving approach
  • Create clear goals and accurate forecasting by developing in-depth territory knowledge and planning in a highly matrixed organization
  • Hold the team and yourself accountable to achieve challenging goals while maintaining a forward-thinking approach when faced with setbacks
  • Communicate with leaders at all levels, including C-suite and establishes open and trusting relationships
  • Successfully influence others through change management
  • Develop a winning team, including recruiting, hiring, and training while upholding our core values


Qualifications

Your Experience
  • Experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, ideally in a networking and/or security industry; Cybersecurity technology is preferred.
  • Experience in State and Local Government and Education(SLED) Sales leadership is must.
  • Strong reputation and track record of success with public sector customers and partners.
  • Significant success as a proven second-line leader with experience in leading field-based sales teams with the ability to create high-performing teams in a rapidly growing sales environment.
  • Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency with a strategic mindset. High attention to detail is important.
  • Track record of consistently delivering revenue numbers and goals while maintaining a focus on team development and growth. Capable of successfully managing significant client escalations and issues.
  • Excellent at influencing others, both externally and internally; ability to communicate effectively and build consensus across various functional groups to achieve goals; and hold everyone accountable.
  • You're a leader and you know that to get the best results, you also have to be a great team player, building excellent rapport and collaboration with cross-functional teams, customers and partners.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $464000 - $542000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
