Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Program engagement, aligning it with the Customers overall business objectives
2. Owns development of the business case for investment in process and technological enhancements
3. Sets clear explanations for the integration and alignment of technology and business functions, focusing on the strategic value provided
4. Develop & Refine Target Operating Model(TOM) aligning with Customers Business Objectives and Roadmap
5. Identify and engage with influencers in a boundary less manner
6. Consistently fosters collaboration by addressing BICoE Engagement roadblocks
7. Can prioritize and work with a wide range of teams and readily shares lessons learned and credit for team accomplishments
8. Directs and coordinates the development and implementation of process-based solutions across project lines
9. Effectively manage communication with various stakeholders, including team leads, project managers (TPMs), and customer representatives.
10. Lead XBR meeting by providing clear updates, addressing concerns, and fostering a collaborative decision-making environment.
11. Identity and drive innovation using automation and process improvements with nontrivial outcomes
12. Accountable for agreed SLAs. Metrics and KPIs at BICoE engagement level
13. Innovation & Process Improvement:
14. Identify Innovation/Automation/Process Improvements and drive teams towards implementation
15. Present Value Adds/Process Improvements implemented/Key Deliveries made to Customers Business/VMO/CB
16. Continuously seek ways to improve support processes and efficiency.
17. Works with TCS CoEs for process improvements and automations that drive operational excellence.
Technical Skills

Experience with any visualization platforms
Experience with hands-on on GCP
Data Analysis: Ability to collect and analyze data necessary to answer business questions and debug problems.
Understanding of complexity and data sizing constraints.
Demonstrates aptitude with querying languages (e.g. SQL, Python) to effectively manipulate data.
Migration processes & visualization.
AI,ML, GenAI knowledge , nice to have.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide guidance and mentoring to the TPMs in performing their responsibilities
