Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Community Minds is a well-funded, rapidly growing healthcare management company focused on acquiring and integrating high-quality mental and behavioral health clinics across multiple states. We are building a modern, data-driven infrastructure to support clinical excellence and operational efficiency.

We are seeking a Fractional CFO to take the lead on financial strategy, underwriting, and operational financial oversight. The ideal candidate will be experienced in healthcare finance, particularly in M&A, and will help build the systems, models, and teams required to scale responsibly. This role has a clear path to becoming our full-time CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead M&A financial due diligence, underwriting, and integration planning
• Develop and manage financial forecasts, pro formas, and cash flow models
• Consolidate and standardize financial reporting across all clinics
• Advise on financial infrastructure and reporting needs
• Support strategic planning and capital deployment
• Partner with executive leadership on financial decisions and investor reporting
• Collaborate with bookkeepers, controllers, and third-party accountants as needed
