Meta is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to design and implement the omnichannel Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the Small Business Group, Meta's outsourced sales team. Success in this position requires demonstrated experience owning a strategic roadmap and translating consumer and data-driven insights into solutions as well as the capacity to effectively execute via cross-functional groups. The ideal candidate has experience owning strategic roadmaps, leading go-to-market initiatives, working with business and product stakeholders and strong problem solving and program management skills. This is an individual contributor role with significant influence over SBG's revenue generating operation. This role reports to the Head of Small Business Sales GTM Management.

Omnichannel GTM Manager, Small Business Group Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement omnichannel strategies (phone+chat+email) for our Marketing Pro agents in order to increase revenue and customer engagement. Includes meaningful 0 to 1 work as we launch chat surfaces across Messenger and WhatsApp.
  • Evaluate data and lead analyses that connect channel strategy to improved demand generation, revenue driving sales motions and advertiser retention.
  • Lead cross-functional working group to develop an actionable roadmap and drive short-term implementation and long-term strategy and solutions that continuously improves our omnichannel experience and put the customer experience first.
  • Work closely with data science, product team and engineering partners, influencing roadmaps to unlock foundations and innovations.
  • Communication to working teams, XFN teams and executives. Represent omni-channel strategy work in executive forums.
  • Create and implement solutions that put the customer experience first, inclusive of user workflows and marketing processes
  • champion cross-functional delivery of large-scale projects


Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS in business or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of work experience in sales, service, marketing, consulting, design or product/program management
  • Leadership experience in designing and project managing complex Go-To-Market projects from start to finish and experience leading cross-functional teams to drive results
  • Business analytics experience, thinking strategically about issues and influencing internal and external stakeholders, problem solving and communicating about issues across teams
  • Experience with global influence across regional operations, analytics, and marketing teams through an understanding of business needs, leading a program against key performance indicators through to completion
  • Experience with communication, and sharing complex ideas through a variety of mediums and audiences


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's or MBA
  • Experience working with global teams
  • Experience working with or in support of a wide range of communities

$150,000/year to $216,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
