Marketing - Digital Program Manager 2

Job Description:
- Support cross-functional teams to deliver foundational AI/ML program objectives on time and within budget
- Develop and manage program plans, dependencies, and timelines, ensuring alignment with individual projects
- Ensure that related data assets and models are discoverable and re-usable for multiple projects
- Track program progress and performance metrics, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.
- Manage resource allocation and utilization across program projects
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and contribute to overall program goals
- Lead risk management activities for the foundational AI/ML program
- Attend and support team scrum and planning ceremonies

• On-site role at WHQ; WFH Fridays (for now - HM anticipates there may be a shift back to 5 days on site in the future)
• Degree not a dealbreaker, but preferred
• Scrum certification would be nice to have, not required
• 2-4 years' minimum experience in a program management role
• Experience with JIRA is required
• Experience with risk management also nice to have
• Preferred soft skills include the following:

  • Personality is going to be key in this role
• Comfortability with AI/ML processes would be helpful
• Will work with a team of 10-15 engineers and a product manager
• 2-3 rounds of interviews expected
