Job Description:
Support core operations/business cadence for launch planning activities, specifically non-commercial units, non-functional units and design units management:
a. Establish processes and tools to gather feedback and provide updates during key milestones
b. Improve efficiency and effectiveness with established processes
c. Incorporate Launch Planner's feedback in reviewing process improvements and tools
Conduct regular audits of non-commercial units demand all through the launch planning & execution phase
a. Manage and report on key updates/ flags from each audit cycle
b. Tracking any change requests or updates along with status of each action item and reporting to Launch Planners and/or team members
Planning and communications across various cross functional teams
Excellent project management skills to develop and execute:
a. Processes and tools for Launch Planning
b. Creation of SOT documents for global demand
c. Regular Audits of demand in tool against SOT
d. Creating a summary of updates/flags
e. Tracking change requests
f. Action item resolution
Metrics and Reports
Program management and execution of NCU, NFU and Design units demand:
a. Conduct Demand checks as needed and troubleshoot any issues along with communication to XFN to ensure a smooth launch execution
