What is the opportunity?
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, Advice Products to lead and expand our digital advice offerings. This individual will be responsible for our managed digital investing offering, InvestEase, and for developing new solutions to meet the diverse needs across our retail and wealth management client segments. As the product leader of the digital advice business, the Director will own product strategy and the roadmap for digital advice products. They will also lead key strategic initiatives and projects to enhance our advice capabilities, working closely with internal teams across Personal Banking, Wealth Management, Digital, Marketing and Technology.

As the product leader of the digital advice business, the Director will own product strategy and the roadmap for digital advice products. They will also lead key strategic initiatives and projects to enhance our advice capabilities, working closely with internal teams across Personal Banking, Wealth Management, Digital, Marketing and Technology.
What will you do?
- Product Leadership: Manage and optimize InvestEase while designing and launching new digital advice products that align with client needs and business goals.
- Innovation & Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends and client expectations to enhance digital advice capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business, including Personal Banking, Wealth Management, Technology, and Compliance, to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Regulatory & Risk Oversight: Ensure all digital advice products comply with relevant regulations and risk management frameworks.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team, fostering a high-performance culture.
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
- Undergraduate degree, plus 7+ years of relevant experience in a strategic role in a large matrixed organization
- Strong understanding of digital advice platforms, robo-advisors, and emerging trends in WealthTech.
- Proven experience managing product roadmaps and driving business growth through digital channels.
- Experience leading complex projects, from concept to execution, in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance considerations for digital investment products.
