Job Summary

The Director of Partnerships will drive Freemodel's growth in San Diego County, where 24,000 homes are sold annually. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with real estate agents, convincing them to choose Freemodel as their pre-sale renovation partner for future listings.

To build engagement, the Director of Partnerships will develop partnerships with brokerages at three levels:
  • Brokerage leadership - to secure firm-wide buy-in.
  • Sales trainers - to integrate Freemodel into agent education.
  • Individual agents - to help their homeowner clients maximize value.

Success will be measured by the number of qualified listings agents bring to Freemodel for a free estimate.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokerage leaders and top agents through outreach, networking, and events.
  • Conduct large-scale sales presentations to educate agents on Freemodel's value.
  • Execute brokerage-level contracts to drive adoption and joint promotions.
  • Serve as Freemodel's primary liaison with brokerages to ensure smooth partnerships.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track and grow partnerships.
What You Bring
  • A fearless, self-starting attitude, with the confidence to engage with top-producing agents and brokerage leadership.
  • A proven track record in relationship-driven sales or partnerships, preferably selling to real estate agents and brokerages.
  • Deep knowledge of the San Diego real estate market, with a strong understanding of agent dynamics and empathy for their challenges.
  • A goal-oriented, results-driven mindset, always tracking progress and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • A zero-inbox mentality, demonstrating excellent follow-through and responsiveness in every interaction.
  • A tech-savvy approach, embracing CRM systems, digital tools, and automation to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Compensation

The US total compensation range for this full-time role is $140,000 base + variable compensation, up to $200K OTE.
