Cisco's Commerce Operations Enablement (COE) is part of the Commerce Operations (CO) organization that is responsible for providing frictionless commerce operations at scale for Cisco's customers, partners, sellers & renewal managers across all hardware, software, service offers and buying programs fueled by a culture where we celebrate talent & teamwork.

Your Impact

As a Commerce Operations Enablement Analyst, you will be responsible for the entire understanding and assessing the impacts of changes to the Commerce Operations Lifecycle from Offer Design, Pre Sales, Post Sales and Renewals. You'll be responsible for understanding the business strategy, requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable change management enablement solutions to be delivered to Commerce Operations, Partners and Sellers, that will than require you to drive, engage, influence, analyze, design, and implement change management enablement solutions for multi-functional, groundbreaking capabilities to improve Cisco's commerce operations experience for our customers and partners. You'll conduct data analysis to arrive at data-driven change management enablement decisions and work with other SMEs within the organization and engineers to devise and develop effective and quality of solutions providing a best-in-class user change management enablement experience. Serving as the Commerce Operations Enablement SME, you will be the main point of contact for Commerce Operations organization, you will facilitate communication among product managers, offer leads, engineering team, and business partners involved in all hardware, software, service, offers and buying programs.
  • Assess and provide change management enablement solution options / recommendation for new Commerce or enhancement capabilities.
  • Collaborate and partner with Change Management enablement functions to create roadmap for change management
  • Provide Partner Commerce Lifecycle educational sessions / documentation:
  • Adoption of Cisco Commerce Operations capabilities
  • Train Partners and Commerce Operations teams on policy, process and business rule changes
  • Drive plan, strategy, and design of Commerce capability and feature migration and/or adoption
  • Provide change management enablement strategy, design and execution for new / updates to go-to-market licensing offer / product / feature
  • Collaborate and partner with Product Owners and Customer/Partner Operations Support to assist with customer / partner / stakeholder experience issues & escalations.
  • Focus on scope delineation, schedule building, communications planning, risk assessment and support to build and publish your planning.
  • Build, coordinate, and manage project plans for key projects, including execution and tracking of project deliverables, achievements, action items, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Communicate project delivery results and business status regularly to partners.
  • You will define Success Metrics: Identify and socialize project success metrics to the internal team. Evaluate project progress and results against success metrics.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in business or relevant experience.
  • More than 5 years' experience in change enablement
  • 2 years' experience using CCW; CCWR, EAWS, EAMP.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to navigate within functional teams and across the organization, manage multiple complex projects, and deal with a high degree of ambiguity. Ability to prioritize and manage competing requirements from various teams, keeping all apprised of status insufficient time to adjust plans if needed rather than compromise results.
  • Have experience as cross-team collaborator & influencer who can work across internal and external teams of all levels to dedicatedly inspire technical implementation decisions and work towards common goal. Ability to operate and interact with customers in a remote / virtual environment.
  • Commerce Operations Lifecycle and Technical Change Management and Adoption experience or can articulate change impacts from an outside-in perspective leveraging data analysis to target the business outcome in tech company, preferred. High energy and sense of urgency. Self-starter and self-motivated. Thrive in a pressured environment. Can work independently, be inventive and a quick learner that is able to move fast and adapt to changing pace. Be willing to be open and willing to learn as a team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to communicate with influence and action at every level. Strong interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
  • Experienced in executing operations training recordings/editing and story board writing, preferred. Experience with Webex Video Recording and Editing, Quip, Microsoft SharePoint, Smartsheet, Jira Align, and Jira Cloud

When available, the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hire, full-time salaries in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including equity or benefits. For non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only; employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses. Hiring ranges for sales positions include base and incentive compensation target. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location and additional factors, including but not limited to skillset, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. U.S. employees have to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings.

Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday (for non-exempt employees), plus a day off for their birthday. Non-Exempt new hires accrue up to 16 days of vacation time off each year, at a rate of 4.92 hours per pay period. Exempt new hires participate in Cisco's flexible Vacation Time Off policy, which does not place a defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use, but is subject to availability and some business limitations. All new hires are eligible for Sick Time Off subject to Cisco's Sick Time Off Policy and will have eighty (80) hours of sick time off provided on their hire date and on January 1st of each year thereafter. Up to 80 hours of unused sick time will be carried forward from one calendar year to the next such that the maximum number of sick time hours an employee may have available is 160 hours. Employees in Illinois have a unique time off program designed specifically with local requirements in mind. All employees also have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues. We offer additional paid time to volunteer and give back to the community.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:

.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;

1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;

1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.

For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
