What you'll do...
Title: Classroom Facilitators (Walmart Code of Conduct Compliant)
We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to serve as Classroom Facilitators in our Walmart Facility Services Department. As a Classroom Facilitator, you will be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging space for students to learn and grow. This position requires a strong commitment to maintaining a positive and respectful classroom culture, adhering to Walmart's code of conduct policies, and promoting social-emotional learning.
What you'll do:
Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social-emotional learning and academic success.
Facilitate interactive and engaging lessons that align with Walmart's code of conduct policies and promote positive behavioral outcomes.
Facilitate interactive classes that align with the Facility Services processes and procedures.
Develop and implement customized lesson plans that address the diverse needs of associates, incorporating differentiated instruction and technology integration.
Manage classroom materials, resources, and equipment, ensuring they are organized, accessible, and in good condition.
Observe and document associate progress, identifying areas of strength and opportunities for growth, and providing feedback to students and parents.
Maintain accurate records of associate attendance, grades, and assessments, adhering to Walmart's data privacy and security policies.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills, subject matter expertise, and familiarity with Walmart's code of conduct policies.
Adhere to all Walmart policies and procedures, including those related to student conduct, confidentiality, and data privacy.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
Passion for working with associates of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in education or a related field, or four years experience in adult learning and classroom facilitation.
Proven experience as a classroom teacher or facilitator, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality instruction and promoting participant success.
Proven experience in adult learning.
Strong knowledge of curriculum design and instructional strategies that promote participant engagement and understanding.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse participants.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, and to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Commitment to upholding Walmart's code of conduct and creating a safe and respectful learning environment for all participants.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in education/ Adult Learning.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
