Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join our team, responsible for conducting geotechnical investigations and providing expertise in foundation design, slope stability analysis, and ground improvement techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering geology and rock mechanics, with a focus on delivering safe and effective solutions for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct geotechnical investigations and site characterization studies.
• Perform foundation design and slope stability analysis.
• Evaluate ground improvement techniques and recommend appropriate methods.
• Assess risks associated with geotechnical conditions and provide mitigation strategies.
• Utilize geosynthetics in design and construction applications.
• Conduct field testing and laboratory testing of soils and construction materials.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate geotechnical findings into project designs.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation of geotechnical assessments and recommendations.
• Stay updated on environmental geotechnics and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
• Proficiency in foundation design and slope stability analysis.
• Experience with geotechnical investigations and site characterization.
• Familiarity with laboratory testing and field testing procedures.
• Knowledge of environmental geotechnics and construction materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
