Work Location: Atlanta, GA (100% remote, will only consider applicants from the following states:
Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Michigan, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin).

Description
The Learning Strategist is responsible for leading complex, multi-faceted learning initiatives across various roles, operational units, and subjects. This role manages stakeholder relationships, designs and implements training and readiness plans, and ensures alignment with organizational goals. The Learning Strategist collaborates with internal and external partners to develop high-quality, innovative business solutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires advanced project management skills and expertise in instructional design and content development.

Description
The Learning Strategist is responsible for leading complex, multi-faceted learning initiatives across various roles, operational units, and subjects. This role manages stakeholder relationships, designs and implements training and readiness plans, and ensures alignment with organizational goals. The Learning Strategist collaborates with internal and external partners to develop high-quality, innovative business solutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires advanced project management skills and expertise in instructional design and content development.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage relationships with project stakeholders, internal and external customers, and vendors. -Engage and collaborate effectively with C-Level executives and administrative teams.
- Design, develop, and coordinate comprehensive training and readiness plans that align with departmental and organizational objectives.
- Partner with clients to foster the development and successful implementation of business solutions, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Lead multiple training, readiness, and change management projects, ensuring business objectives and requirements are achieved.
Attend professional, civic, and service organization meetings to stay informed of industry trends and best practices. - Ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures in accordance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines.
- Collaborate with management to develop professional growth plans and participate in ongoing professional development activities.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Technical Writing, Instructional Design, or a related field.
10 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing training, readiness, and change management solutions. - Demonstrated expertise in project management, with a strong understanding of instructional design and courseware development principles.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in video production and editing software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education, Technical Writing, Instructional Design, or a related field.
12+ years of experience leading complex learning initiatives and managing cross-functional projects. - Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or instructional design.
- Experience working within large, matrixed organizations and partnering with executive leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in e-learning development tools and learning management systems (LMS).
