Job Title: Service HRSD BA
Location: Irvine, CA(Remote)
Responsibilities:
Development and Customization: Design, develop, and implement custom applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.
Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
Configuration: Configure ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
Scripting: Write and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and other custom scripts.
Workflow Automation: Develop and maintain workflows, including approvals, notifications, and escalations.
Testing and Debugging: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the developed solutions.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and release notes.
Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues and incidents.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Skills:
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and components.
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HRSD.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
