An incredible opportunity is available for an experienced Emergency Veterinarian to join an AAHA-accredited veterinary practice in Gig Harbor, WA, in partnership with a network of top-tier partner hospitals. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality emergency care, diagnosing and treating a variety of critical medical conditions.
• Perform emergency surgeries and other critical procedures with precision and compassion.
• Work collaboratively with a skilled team of veterinarians and support staff to deliver exceptional care in urgent and high-pressure situations.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners, explaining diagnoses, treatment options, and progress.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth communication with the team.
• Collaborate with partner hospitals to continuously improve emergency care standards and integrate best practices across the network.

Ideal Candidate: The clinic is looking for an emergency veterinarian who is passionate about providing exceptional care in critical situations. The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 3 years of experience in emergency and critical care veterinary medicine.
• Strong clinical decision-making skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Experience performing emergency surgeries and soft tissue procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on educating and reassuring pet owners.
• A collaborative attitude, working well both independently and as part of a team.
• A commitment to high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.
