Position Summary
McCormick Taylor is seeking an Asset Management Assistant Director to join our growing team. We are looking for a dynamic professional capable of building, leading and growing this new business line. The primary duties of this position include supporting the Deputy Director in building a team of asset management professionals that deliver business and technology solutions to our clients. Experience for this position includes a high level of technical expertise in the field of asset management, including program management, process development and project delivery.
Responsibilities:
Support the development and implement an Asset Management strategic plan company wide.
Build relationships with internal leaders/staff and new/existing clients.
Hire and mentor technical and project management staff.
Oversee project delivery, health and quality from start to finish for multiple projects.
Coordinate client/teaming positioning
Assist with marketing activities including proposal, presentation and collateral development
Participate in industry organizations and attend events/conferences
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
15+ years of professional experience
BS degree in engineering
Professional Engineer preferred
Experience building successful asset management programs
Strong program and project management experience
Strong client relationships and the ability to build new ones
Strong leadership skills
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of successfully mentoring and managing others
Strong communications and technical writing skills
