Senior Accountant
Salary: $80k-$90k
Trulite is GROWING!We are looking for Senior Accountant to be based at our Alpharetta Office (100% remote after training).
We are looking for a highly inquisitive and collaborative Accounting professional that is results-oriented ensuring financial transactions are properly recorded and presented for multiple ledgers/entities. The Senior Accountant analyzes and reconciles complex general ledger accounts (such as self-insurance reserves.) The Senior Accountant possesses working knowledge of accounting processes and their related key controls (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Payroll, Fixed Assets, and Debt/Treasury.) This position will contribute to moderately complex projects as well as guide and mentor staff accountants. Requires a bachelor's degree.

Skills You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's Degree a plus
- Active CPA a plus
- Understanding of GAAP application
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in public accounting
- 3+ years of overall general accounting experience
- Comprehensive understanding and direct experience with monthly close processes
- Strong quantitative analytical skills
- Strong personal computer skills, including advanced proficiency with MS office software, particularly Excel (vlookups, sum-ifs, pivot tables, text-to-columns, etc.)
- Experience working with PE companies a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX a plus (similar ERP to Oracle)
- Experience with SQL a plus
What you will be doing:
- Contribute to business results by working cross-functionally with regional teams and business units
- Completing analyses of complex and/or high transaction volume ledger accounts to substantiate/validate transactions/balances and preparing journal entries as indicated
- Assist with various process and/or system integration projects to increase operational efficiency and standardization across the company
- Accumulating or preparing requested information to ensure timely and successful completion of annual bank examinations, annual and periodic audits, and various business compliance tasks and registrations
- Mentor Staff Accountant(s)
