JOB FUNCTION:
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: BS Degree in Engineering or Equivalent.
EXPERIENCE: 5+ years experience in the PCBA and System Integration areas of Contract Electronic Manufacturing Industry to do production management, material management, engineering improvement, and quality control.
SKILLS: Good personnel management and communication skills. Strong leadership and coordination capabilities. Familiar with ISO 9000 Quality System.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
JOB FUNCTION:
- Build and maintain a strong operation infrastructure to meet division growth target and align with corporate goals.
- Supervise and coordinate the production activities between functional areas to facilitate the operation and achieve quality and production goals.
- Manufacturing process improvement and production control.
- Business development.

- Responsible for the management of PCBA and System Integration manufacturing to achieve the goals of division revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Set up the targets for quality and productivity.
- Conduct daily production meeting to resolve quality, efficiency, and delivery issues.
- Initiate actions to prevent and correct the occurrence of production's non-conformance issues.
- Initiate and drive the activities for process improvement.
- Capacity planning to fulfill customer's demand
- Cost control and waste reduction.
