We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives that directly support our mission of making every merchant wildly successful. The Merchant Success Program Manager will work across our Account Management, Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations leaders to define and execute initiatives to grow, retain, and optimize merchants using BwP and MCF. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Account Management and Supply Chain. They will have strong communication skills, excellent ability to deep drive, and a track record of delivering results across cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to think big.

Key job responsibilities
\tBuild and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps in support of our organizational goals, identifying dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
\tOversee account ownership processes/SOPs between Sales and Account Management
\tImprove processes for capturing merchant feedback, and effectively drive insights across our product and go-to-market teams
\tSupport goal and territory planning, including metrics/reporting/insights
\tDrive best practices and standardization across other Sales and Account Management teams (including our international teams)
\tLead cross-functional workstreams and influence without direct authority
\tDevelop and track program KPIs, providing regular updates to senior leadership

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

- Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

- SQL Proficiency

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
