Description:
Delta Air Lines Human Resources team is undergoing a multi-year HR transformation. We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our HR Project and Process Quality (PPQ) team. The major priority for the successful candidate will be to act as a Program Manager supporting technology development, redefining processes, and ensuring improved employee satisfaction for the Human Resources customers. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fluid environment, taking on challenges while maintaining a strong people focus. This role will work to achieve project success and process standardization throughout the organization, using project management skills and by collaborating with the business areas and related Project Managers.
This role will support client groups with a focus on both time and payroll systems; managing initiatives that impact time and payroll processes across the enterprise.
This position is based in Delta General Offices in Atlanta, GA.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
- Five or more years of experience managing/leading enterprise technology initiatives, preferably as it relates to Application Development, Application Migration, Cloud Technology, or the Migration of Applications to a Cloud Infrastructure.
- Experience successfully delivering solutions on an aggressive schedule.
- Experience in business analysis, product/project management, or product development.
- Experience using leading Scrum/Agile tools.
- Experience managing, tracking and advising around product & project budgets as they align within scope.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
- Experience with payroll systems or timekeeping solutions is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Experience with Airline applications and infrastructure technology is preferred.
- PMP and/or Black Belt certifications are welcome.
