Position Summary: Project Materials Manager, will be responsible for coordination of the material on all projects which are manufactured by our Bakersfield team. The position will require management of tube assembly, manifold, HPU materials required for production. It is essential that this position manages the Production, warehouse oversight of the Assistant Project Materials Coordinator to ensure the timely arrival and staging of all received/purchased materials required for production Additionally, this position will manage oversight of the of the tube assembly production requirements. The ability to understand the customer's delivery expectations is the highest priority to this position. Support of the manufacturing environment might be required based on the volume or specific need.

Primary Duties:
- Material management on all Motion Solutions projects
- Coordinate with warehouse and Assistant Project Material Coordinator and production crew to ensure efficient pulling and staging of jobs is achieved
- Oversight and management of, production team, engineering team, and warehouse as need to ensure expectations are met
- Manage of parts not used on a job
- Manage and oversight of shop traveler support for material updates (for tube assemblies)
- Manage and oversee work order development and WIP tracking (for tube assemblies)
- Bill of Material Updates to Engineering as needed (for tube assemblies)
- Parts scheduling and tracking (for tube assemblies)
- Relay material updates from Assistant Project Coordinator to Motion Solutions management when required (for tube assemblies)
- Ensure all Quality Assurance Documentation is completed (for tube assemblies)
- Project Completion and Job File compilation (for tube assemblies)
- Maintain baseline vs. actual project completion variances (for tube assemblies
- Trulinx work order management proficiency required.

Basic Requirements:
- Must be over the age of 21, as driving is required. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, in accordance with company guidelines.
- College degree and/or direct industry experience desired.
- Individual must complete training courses as required by the company to ensure they have proper product knowledge.
