Position Summary

Odyssey Systems is recruiting to fill a Senior Level Administrative Support position supporting the ISR Sensors Division (AFLCMC/WIN), at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. WIN is part of the ISR/SOF Directorate (AFLCMC/WI), who is responsible for equipping our warfighters to win the fight. The Directorate executes a $22 billion acquisition portfolio developing, producing, testing, modifying, fielding, and supporting Air Force ISR and SOF platforms, and related sub-systems.

Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Possess the advanced knowledge, experience, and recognized ability to be considered highly skilled in Administrative Support. Must work independently and be able to apply procedures
  • Assist with planning, organizing, and coordinating program office operations, including preparing and reviewing correspondence for compliance with administrative guidance.
  • Support internal/external briefings and reports by preparing materials, scheduling meetings, and ensuring document formats align with processes; maintain tracking systems to identify and correct deficiencies.
  • Produce schedules, briefing charts, and spreadsheets; file and retrieve electronic/paper graphics to expedite research and creation of presentations and recurring reports.
  • Provide administrative support using systems like Defense Travel System (DTS) for travel authorizations/vouchers, ATAAPS/DCPS for civilian timecards and leave requests, AFRIMS for records management, and SharePoint for task tracking and documentation.
  • Edit and produce reports and presentations in Government-required formats; manage office supply orders and senior leader schedules using Microsoft Outlook and other tools; schedule conference rooms for events.
  • Compile, format, and disseminate data from SharePoint suspense task tracking, including divisional task responses and calendar coordination; import and organize documentation for consistency.
  • Track civilian/military recognition and decoration programs, including nomination packages, and manage military Officer Performance Reports (OPRs) using applicable automated systems. Serve as Branch/Division Records Custodian, maintaining master file plans (classified/unclassified) via AFRIMS, conducting semi-annual self-assessments, and resolving file plan issues.
  • Support in/out-processing for personnel, ensuring compliance with checklists and data entry in relevant systems.
  • Assist with preparing and providing data for tracking the training status of division personnel.


Qualifications

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Minimum Required Qualifications

Clearance: Top Secret

Education and Years of Experience:
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in the DoD.
  • OR bachelor's degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD.
  • OR, 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight of which must be in the DoD.

Please note: Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as the Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
