Hours: M-F 8-5
This will be a hybrid role
Assignment Duration: 60 days- potential to extend
Min experience : 5 to 7 yrs in Wireless support and working with carrier service providers such as Telecommunication, Telecommunication and Telecommunication. Experience working, supporting and resolving day to day support tickets for end use base.

Audit, Dispute & Optimization
Ordering Portal Management - Calero
Managed Bill Pay
Day to day Support for
Provide user-level technical support and troubleshoot issues.
Resolve end user complaints and issues, especially escalated ones.
Assist end users with various device configurations and activations as needed.
Ensure the highest level of end user (internal *** users) experience.
Perform inventory control functions, update vendor management systems.
Order merchandise and supplies.
Monitor phones and accessories inventory.
Liaise with Procurement concerning new service and equipment costs.
Summary:
As a *** Program Manager, you will manage a team responsible for facilitating small to medium cross-functional projects and programs.
