The Manager, Market Research & Integrated Analytics is responsible for generating, integrating, and translating insights and analytics that shape decisions and drive organizational action for the Immunology franchise. This position will support the Gastroenterology Marketing team.

The Manager, Market Research & Integrated Analytics is responsible for generating, integrating, and translating insights and analytics that shape decisions and drive organizational action for the Immunology franchise. This position will support the Gastroenterology Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage disparate data sources (including various types of national, subnational sales data, payer data, field activity, and marketing program or resource utilization) to address key business questions and uncover business opportunities.
- Develop new insights and actionable recommendations while effectively communicating them thereby shaping business partners understanding to benefit decision making.
- Proactively find opportunities for business performance improvements (e.g. down to district/territory or with specific target HCPs/segments) and collaborate effectively with business partners to fully assess situations and opportunities.
- Apply new analytic capabilities and seek efficiencies in delivering actionable recommendations, shaping decision-making, and driving organizational action across IMM teams.
- Leverage external partners to support internal efforts, where appropriate.
- Demonstrate strong project management and consulting skills, including active listening, problem definition, hypothesis generation, data analysis, translation to value, and crafting a presentation for impact.
- Present complex issues in a clear manner and effectively communicate recommendations to brand team and business partners.
- Demonstrate learning agility and the ability to act with speed
- Integrate analytical insights, market research, and business intelligence to build a comprehensive understanding of the market dynamics and unmet needs to shape and refine strategies for Gastroenterology.
- Take personal accountability for making Credo-based decisions and fostering a Credo-based culture.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of related professional experience.
- Current or previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a highly matrixed, dynamic environment and ability to build business relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and define a problem with a focused approach to solving.
- Experience in developing comprehensive and impactful recommendations and solutions that drive key decisions.
- Ability to communicate and frame through storytelling and data visualization while delivering effective presentations.
Preferred:
- Overall knowledge of pharma datasets is preferred.
