The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE:
In an urgent care setting, supports standards of care and provides consultation and expertise in the delivery of patient care. Supports activities at the service, nursing practice, and institutional level and contributes to goal achievement through personal action and the facilitation of others. Participates in community and professional organizations, demonstrating commitment to the promotion of nursing's visibility and future. Provides expert patient care, serves as a resource, consults as requested, and communicates effectively within the unit and service. Participates in the management of human resources, development and evaluation of recruitment and retention strategies, and monitoring of patient outcomes. May have responsibilities at the unit, program or service level and may assume an expanded role as assigned by leadership.
FT position available; open daily 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; weekends, holidays, and on-call responsibilities per unit policy.

Demonstrates strong prioritization and organizational skills, flexibility and clinical competence. Requirements: Requirements: BSN, 3-5 years of acute care experience, previous leadership experience preferred, and an active New York State RN license in good standing.
