This is an in-person position, you must live within commuting distance of our office in Pittsburgh, PA (Wexford).

Responsibilities

The position requires and includes the following duties, but is not limited to:
Develops and cultivates a qualified client base using a variety of marketing approaches
Prospecting for new business over the phone, utilizing social media platforms, email campaigns, and traditional marketing approaches
Solicits business through various methods
Attends trade shows and evening marketing events to acquire and retain clients
Estimating and selling projects per company guidelines
Responds to customers quickly and appropriately based on the specific process defined by The Pavement Group
Manages quality control for jobs through on-site visits and provides feedback internally from those site visits, as well as customer comments
Assists in training sales and supporting team members as needed
Create personal sales and business development plans and review these plans with your immediate supervisor regularly to ensure success
Personally, pursue an understanding of all products and services offered by the company through various training resources
Maintain a positive working relationship with all departments and everyone within the company
Works with CSR to maintain CRM and Reports as directed by Management
Project manage jobs when necessary

Qualifications
Prefer construction and/or facilities sales experience
Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
Minimum of 2+ years of outside sales experience
