About the Role

Workday's Global VP of Revenue Enablement is looking to hire an AI/Technology Strategist, GTM Enablement Transformation Director who has an insatiable passion for artificial intelligence and its potential to revolutionize GTM enablement and the field selling experience. This strategic, individual contributor will:
  • Be responsible for driving our AI-powered, outcome-centric GTM enablement strategy, identifying opportunities to implement AI-driven solutions, and spearheading projects that enhance efficiency, improve quality, and amplify and accelerate GTM outcomes.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert, driving the development, implementation, adoption, and oversight of AI solutions and technologies across GTM enablement, including the definition of user stories, success metrics, and change management plans.
  • Build ROI-based business cases (and track success metrics against) for GTM AI solutions, including pilot use cases.
  • Establish an AI operating framework, coordinate high-value use cases, train employees on AI tools, and ensure scalable adoption across all teams and functions.
  • Partner with GTM Systems to deliver portfolio-level AI initiative updates to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with Workday's strategic priorities.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and other GTM functions to leverage and share the latest technologies to motivate 'art of the possible' thinking with our GTM field teams as well as Workday's prospects and customers.


This role will report directly to the Global VP of Revenue Enablement and be a strategic member of the senior leadership team. AI Strategy, Framework, and Roadmap
  • Identify and drive high-value AI use cases across the enablement technology ecosystem to increase operational scale and improve field effectiveness.
  • Partner with GTM Systems to maintain an end-to-end roadmap of AI use cases across the GTM experience. Evaluate and recommend AI solutions that focus on driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Partner with GTM Systems and other key leaders to develop and implement a GTM AI operating framework to guide selection, sequencing, and deployment of GTM AI initiatives based on key success metrics such as adoption and efficiency gains.
  • Build organizational AI capabilities across GTM by establishing tools, processes, and best practices to standardize and scale AI adoption.


Project Leadership, Adoption, Training & Advocacy
  • Drive the adoption and effective utilization of Workday's internal platforms and technologies (including AI use cases) relevant to revenue generation across global revenue teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute AI initiatives, championing impact through adoption.
  • Deliver regular updates to executive leadership on AI adoption metrics, ROI analysis, and strategic recommendations.
  • Capture and synthesize field and other internal stakeholder feedback to influence continuous AI improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a use case library to document successful AI applications and a prompt library to support efficient AI utilization across teams.
  • Serve as an internal AI advocate, ensuring leadership and teams stay informed about emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify, document, and share successful AI use cases across teams to encourage best practices and innovation.
  • Capture internal stakeholder feedback, manage vendor feature requests, and drive continuous AI improvements.


About You

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience driving the selection, implementation and adoption of AI initiatives, at scale.
  • Detailed understanding of AI technologies and how they function to guide tool selection and project success.
  • Strong understanding of revenue generation processes and the specific challenges faced by GTM teams, preferably in the B2B technology space.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training programs and resources.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess user needs and identify areas for digital experience enhancement.
  • Project management skills to oversee the implementation of new tools, processes, and training initiatives.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Solid technical aptitude and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement platforms, marketing automation tools, and other technologies commonly used by revenue teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Background in integrating AI systems within existing business processes.


Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $193,700 USD - $290,500 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $175,300 USD - $311,300 USD
