$67,450.00 - $110,815.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.

If so, Guardian is seeking a Policy Form Development Analyst who will work with the Policy Form Development Lead to perform product development and filing activities for new Life and Annuity contracts.
You Are:
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
- Focused with respect to execution and delivery with an ability to think strategically and provide the vision to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledgeable of life insurance and annuity products.
- Respectful for diversity of ideas and others.
- A good listener with a dedication to service and support.
You Will:
Work with the Product Filing Lead to support:
- Drafting of new policy forms as new individual life insurance and annuity products are developed.
- Filing and implementation of new life and annuity products.
- Play a key role in filing new LTC advertising.
You Have:
- Product and forms implementation experience preferred.
- An aptitude for Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written skills including technical writing.
- Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience in product, compliance and/or state filing preferred.
Location & Travel:
- The primary location for this position is Holmdel, NJ, Bethlehem, PA or New York City.
Salary Range:
$67,450.00 - $110,815.00
