Position Purpose: Oversee new product and program implementations for the health plans Medicaid, Ambetter, and Long Term Care Support Services.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 5+ years of project management, new product development, or program implementation experience, preferably in a healthcare industry. Master's in Behavioral Health required for Behavioral Health roles.
Licenses/Certifications: PMP certification preferred.
Pay Range: $105,600.00 - $195,400.00 per year

- Responsible for setting performance expectations, managing goals, and coaching of direct reports. Oversee new product and program design, development, and implementations and regulatory requirement implementation.
- Oversee process optimization activities, ensuring that tools, requirements, and documentation are followed through completion.
- Monitor projects to ensure they are compliant with state or regulatory contract compliance and end to end process implementation.
- Research and analyze internal and external information related to product development, including clinical literature, industry trends, competitor activities, and specific health service delivery systems.
- Support market needs and business requirements to ensure on-time and on-budget launch of new products and programs.
- Monitor key market trends and competitor activities to identify new product and program features and collaborate with Corporate Product Development team for deployment.
- Monitor and analyze product and program performance and provide recommendations for modifications and enhancements.
- Represent product and programs, on behalf of the health plan, in external stakeholder meetings.
