Job Title: Clubs Marketing Project Manager

Salary Range: $99,000 - $126,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility

Summary: The Club's Marketing Project Manager is responsible for managing marketing projects that support key launches, campaigns, meetings and events across all Club product lines. This role requires a strong communicator with impeccable organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail, short and long-term planning and close collaboration across various teams within the organization is imperative to success. This person will work closely with the product marketing, sales, creative, and Fitting teams to prioritize and drive projects to completion on-time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the marketing project needs associated with product launches, including copywriting, photography, product presentation decks, print collateral and digital advertising needs.
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize needs while managing the creative team's bandwidth.
  • Manage multiple projects across categories using Gantt charts to identify dependencies and ensure constant progress.
  • Communicate with stakeholders using a RACI matrix approach to assign project, solicit feedback as needed, and keep the proper personnel informed of progress and key milestones.
  • Work closely with other project managers in the organization to find synergies, project management process overlap and opportunities to drive efficiencies across the organization.
  • Maintain a keen eye on consistency, quality, and brand standards across all marketing output.
  • With the use of technology and PM software tools, maintain comprehensive project documentation and meeting notes.
  • Provide monthly updates to leadership on status, milestones, risks and contingency plans.
  • Develop seasonal reports to identify strengths and weaknesses within the project management ecosystem.
  • Solicit stakeholder input to find areas of improvement in marketing product launch activities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related area of study.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management, communications or creative team management experience required.
  • Golf knowledge, product experience or sports marketing background strongly preferred.
  • An understanding of the golf/sporting goods industry.
  • Prior experience with project management software and an understanding of print, digital and video assets is a must.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects with competing deadlines - must be highly organized to ensure on-time delivery without sacrificing quality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and concise directions.
  • Takes initiative with acute attention to detail. Ability to effectively influence within teams and cross-functionally at different levels across the organization.
  • Proficiency in office software products (MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in project management software (Basecamp, Monday, Wrike, Asana, etc.), preferably Monday.
  • Knowledge of the golf industry preferred. PMP certification is a plus.
