We are looking for a Loan Syndication and Servicing Analyst for our Iselin, NJ location. You will report to the Head of Loan Operations Americas and manage the daily servicing of the syndicated loan deal portfolio, specifically related to Par Lending, Bilateral, and Direct/Lead agent loans. You will also ensure the accurate handling of the daily servicing associated with the syndicated loan portfolio, including closing and booking of primary and secondary trading activity, subsequent funding requests, loan repricing, rate settings, fees, and principal repayments.

We are looking for a Loan Syndication and Servicing Analyst. This hybrid position will be based in Iselin, NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and analyze Loan IQ WIP activity to ensure the timely and accurate resolution of open suspense and past-due items.
- Review all internally and externally prepared documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to internal approvals
- Manage portfolio exceptions and past-due items to provide resolution status and timelines to the loan servicing manager.
- Collaborate closely with external lead agent banks and Business Units to ensure the accurate management and reporting of portfolio activity.
- Displays a high level of independent critical thinking in successfully resolving high-impact, semi-complex, and cross-functional problems.
- Responsible for preparing and filing accurate portfolio cash reconciliations for all related bank accounts.
- Participate in workflow automation and process improvement projects.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or Economics required
- 5 years of proven experience in banking or financial institutions
- 5 years of high proficiency experience with MS Office applications
- 5 years of experience using/knowledge of Loan IQ Software
- Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

- Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Possess the ability to multitask, be self-motivated, and be deadline and results-driven

- The pay range for this position is $88,060-$150,960, and the annual incentive target will be 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
