We are looking for a experienced and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team and help improve our mobile development processes. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies that ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our platforms.
About the Job
About You
The expected starting salary range for this role is $128,300 - $183,500 per year. We may pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.

We are looking for a experienced and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team and help improve our mobile development processes. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies that ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our platforms.
About the Job
- Infrastructure Automation: Build cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Google Cloud Deployment Manager.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Build CI/CD pipelines for web and mobile applications using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitrise, or similar tools.
- Containerization and Orchestration: Deploy and manage applications using Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration tools.
- Monitoring & Logging: Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, or ELK stack.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure security best practices across the development lifecycle, including secret management, vulnerability scanning, and compliance automation.
- Collaboration: Work with development, QA, and security teams to refine the software delivery process.
- Incident Response & Troubleshooting: resolve infrastructure and deployment issues to minimize downtime and maintain performance.
- Performance Optimization: improve system performance, cost efficiency, and scalability
- You will report to the Director of Mobile Technology
- This role can be remote.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a related role.
- Background in DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and experience working with both mobile (iOS & Android) and web technologies.
- Cloud expertise in AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Experience with mobile CI/CD tools such as Bitrise, Fastlane, or App Store/Google Play deployment automation.
- Expertise in web CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Experience managing and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK Stack).
- Understanding of security best practices, including IAM, SSL/TLS, firewalls, and vulnerability scanning.
