Summary of Position

This role involves overseeing the maintenance, enhancements, user support, and business process alignment across these platforms, including upgrades and system migrations, to ensure robust cloud solutions enhancing our operational capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute IT strategies that leverage SAP CRM, rights systems, Salesforce, and cloud architecture to support sales, distribution, and rights management. Ensuring technology drives business value and scalability.
- Digital Transformation:
- Manage enterprise sales, distribution and rights systems integration and transformation initiatives, including Salesforce, and Rights platforms such as SAP IPM, RSG, Rightsline, FilmTrack.
- Drive business application rationalization and modernization for streamlining process and optimizing costs
- System Maintenance and Enhancements: Manage the upkeep and evolution of SAP CRM, rights systems, Salesforce, and cloud platforms. Lead projects to enhance system functionalities, performance, and integration.
- Software Upgrades: Oversee the planning, execution, and management of software upgrades for all platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and maximum benefit from new features.
- System Migrations: Direct the strategy for migrating to new systems or platforms, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions, data integrity, and system compatibility.
- Program and Project Management:
- Oversee large-scale, complex projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Lead enterprise-wide initiatives, from cloud transformations to rights and sales systems modernization.
- User Support and Training: Establish and oversee comprehensive support for users, including training, helpdesk functions, and documentation across all systems, promoting high adoption and user satisfaction.
- Business Process Integration: Align SAP, Salesforce, and cloud services with business processes for seamless operations, focusing on data integration, workflow automation, and compliance.
- Cloud Architecture Oversight: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud architectures to support SAP and Salesforce, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Salesforce Oversight: Manage Salesforce deployments, ensuring they integrate effectively with SAP systems and cloud solutions to enhance CRM, sales operations, and data analytics.
- Innovation and Automation: Champion the use of AI and automation within SAP, Salesforce, and cloud platforms to optimize business processes, enhance rights management, and provide strategic insights.
- Team Development: Build and mentor a cutting-edge IT team, fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and continuous professional growth.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary IT interface for business leaders, translating complex business requirements into technology solutions.
- Vendor Management: Cultivate strong relationships with SAP, Salesforce, cloud service providers, and other tech partners to leverage the latest technological advancements.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure all systems adhere to data protection standards, industry regulations, and internal security policies, with a special focus on securing cloud environments.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 12+ years in IT leadership, with deep experience in media, entertainment, or similar sectors.
- Extensive experience with SAP CRM, rights systems, Salesforce, cloud architecture design, software upgrades, and system migrations.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of SAP CRM, rights systems, Salesforce, plus expertise in cloud computing platforms.
- Skills in system integration, data architecture, cloud security, and project management for upgrades and migrations.
- Soft Skills:
- Strategic vision with the ability to execute at a tactical level.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to drive changes and influence at the executive level.
- Certifications: Preferably certified in SAP, rights systems, Salesforce, and cloud technologies like AWS.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to travel for strategic meetings, system rollouts, or vendor engagements.
