• Dvelopper, tenir jour et communiquer des tableaux de bord financiers priodiques avec ICP.
• Fournir des analyses des risques et des oprations et collaborer de faon proactive avec la direction pour les grer.
• Prsenter le rendement financier et les tableaux de bord la direction.
• laborer des analyses de cots par activits et collaborer avec l'entreprise pour grer la rentabilit des cots.
• laborer des modles financiers pour soutenir la direction de faon ponctuelle. Travailler en troite collaboration avec l'quipe comptable et oprationnelle pour s'assurer que les dpenses sont codes dans le bon grand livre gnral et qu'elles sont alignes sur le plan.
• Soutenir ou diriger des projets spciaux au besoin.

Exigences du poste

• Baccalaurat en commerce avec spcialisation en finance ou en gestion comptable. Titre comptable CPA requis. Un MBA avec des comptences en finances sera galement pris en compte.
• Minimum de 5 7 ans d'exprience dans un rle similaire.
• Faire preuve d'un raisonnement stratgique, innovateur et proactif avec le dsir de travailler dans un environnement en volution.
• Bon raisonnement analytique, organis et autonome.
• Capacit de remettre en question le statu quo et excellentes habilets en communications interpersonnelles et en leadership.
• Excellentes comptences en matire de communication, autant l'oral qu' l'crit. Bilinguisme (oral et crit).
• Expertise dans les analyses d'affaires et les modles financiers.
• Attitude flexible et approche des solutions d'affaires avec un sentiment d'urgence.
• Excellentes comptences informatiques et matrise de MS Office (notamment les applications Excel et PowerPoint).

Specific Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner to the Strategic Procurement team
• Provide financial guidance and support to Management
• Responsible to do financial planning for the Procurement team (budget, fcst and long-range plan)
• Develop, maintain and communicate periodic variance analyses
• Develop, maintain and communicate periodic financial dashboards with KPI
• Provide risks & ops analyses and proactively partner with management to govern them
• Present financial performance and dashboards to management
• Develop cost analysis by activities and partner with the business in managing cost efficiency
• Develop financial models to support management on an ad hoc basis
• Work closely with the accounting and operational team in making sure expenses are coded in the right GL and are aligned with plan
• Support or lead special projects as needed

Position Requirements

• Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance or Accounting. CPA designation required. An MBA with a Finance background will also be considered
• Strategic, innovative, proactive thinker with a desire to work in a changing environment
• Strong analytical background, organized, and autonomous
• Ability to challenge the status quo with strong interpersonal skills & leadership abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Bilingual (written and oral)
• Demonstrates expertise in business analysis and financial modeling
• Flexible attitude and approach to business solutions with a sense of urgency
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (predominantly Excel and PowerPoint)
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$85,400 - $142,400
