Position Summary
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient production operations, maintaining quality standards, and managing team performance. This role is crucial in optimizing productivity, reducing costs, and ensuring safety compliance in the production environment.

Schedule: Overtime available, Monday - Friday, Full-time

What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily production operations and ensure that production goals are met.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain product standards.
  • Manage manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Lead and motivate the production team to achieve high performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement lean manufacturing initiatives to improve workflow and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with supply chain management to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring that materials are available when needed without overstocking.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
  • Manage the production budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a production management role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control standards and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Proven team leadership and management skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions for process improvement.
