About the Role:
As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by providing top-notch customer service and support. You will serve as a crucial link between our customers and our skilled technicians, as you accurately determine and communicate their vehicle repair and maintenance needs.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with customers to determine their vehicle service needs and accurately translate their concerns to our service technicians.
- Provide detailed estimates of repair costs and timelines to customers, while ensuring transparency and managing their expectations.
- Offer exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing updates on service progress.
- Maintain organized records of customer information, service histories, and recommendations for future maintenance needs.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately document customers' concerns.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with automotive software and systems.
