Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor - Full-Time Opportunity in California

Location: Delano, California

We're seeking a California-licensed LPCC to join our remote team of mental health professionals. The ideal candidate is compassionate, motivated, and experienced (or eager) in providing virtual care. You'll manage your own caseload, set your own schedule, and focus solely on what you do best: helping clients heal and grow.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and/or family therapy via secure telehealth platforms
• Complete intake assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with state and ethical guidelines
• Collaborate with team members as needed for referrals or case consultation
• Attend optional virtual team meetings and training

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LPCC license in California (required)
• Registered with a board-approved supervisor if not yet independent
• Prior experience with telehealth
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Reliable internet connection and private space to work remotely
