Youth to Adult Program Manager (Lead Product Manager)

The pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.

$110,527.00 - $176,843.00

What You'll Be Doing

Develop and execute strategies to engage youth Members and foster lifelong relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive program execution.

  • Translate organizational goals into actionable youth marketing strategies by serving as the subject matter expert on product-related issues, market positioning and implementation requirements to ensure engagement and advancement to adult membership.
  • Own the complete lifecycle of all products by creating touchpoints at key life stages, ensuring they remain competitive, compliant, and support financial literacy to maintain impactful Member engagement.
  • Establish measurable objectives for youth to adult programs, track key performance indicators, and implement strategic adjustments to improve Member adoption and financial outcomes in collaboration with the Research & Analytics team.
  • Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features such as financial education workshops and integration of youth-focused initiatives.
  • Support Member needs by gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and developing solutions that strengthen relationships and loyalty.
  • Develop and recommend pricing strategies that balance Member value with organizational sustainability, supported by data-driven analysis.
  • Present findings to executives, the board of directors, and other key stakeholders, and develop and follow procedures for ongoing monitoring to ensure consistency with the Credit Union's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Promise.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation in collaboration with the contract admin team, risk assessments, budget, SOWs, and retainer reconciliations.

  • Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience required
  • Master's Degree preferred.


  • 7-10 years of previous experience in marketing, business and/or agency experience in a consumer-oriented, financial services company.
  • Professional credential or certification in Project Management (ex., Project Management Professional (PMP).
