Siemens eMobility solutions is shaping the market with innovative Electric Vehicle (EV) charging technologies. We are dedicated to driving an open and accessible market for electric vehicles, as well as planning and implementing secure grid connections to enable further growth of EV adoption.

We are seeking a Master Scheduler for our eMobility plant in the Raleigh NC area. This person will b responsible for the master schedule with duties including production forecast and planning, inventory scenarios, demand alignment, shipping plan and other related activities.

You will make an impact with the following duties:
  • Procurement Execution: Processes purchase requests (depending on threshold), adds necessary information (e.g., Commodity Code), analyzes material availability, manages purchase orders (including tracking and content checks), and ensures cost-efficient and on-time supply of materials according to demand.
  • Compliance and Contract Management: Controls compliance with Siemens Procurement rules and usage of Siemens contract partners (click4suppliers, FPL), forwards relevant project information (contractual conditions, Supplier Management data), and ensures competitive Terms & Conditions.
  • Data Management and Reporting: May maintain and update supplier master data in SAP, archives documents according to local regulations, and generates savings reports to contribute to business success.
  • Supply Chain Collaboration: Actively contributes to cooperation with all involved parties, passing on relevant information to improve material and value flow.
  • Demand and Inventory Management: Plans and controls quantities for assigned logistic processes, inventories, and stocks, aligning with production forecasts and scenarios to ensure 100% availability.

You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field OR equivalent experience to substitute.
  • A minimum 5 years of field experience with the following:
    • Master scheduling
    • SAP, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Working collaboratively through multiple internal teams and external partners
    • Familiarity with electrical products
    • Professional communication both internally and externally
  • Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Building dashboards in Power BI
  • Identifying, planning and executing efficiency or cost-saving activities

  • The pay range for this position is $80,150 - $137,400 plus incentive. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
