Role Requirements:
  • Lead Workplace Management (WPM) Transitions for new accounts, expansions or renewals as required utilizing JLL Corporate Services standard processes and best practices as required.
  • Participate in MSA review with AD, Account and Transition Teams, ensure WPM SOW delivered as required.
  • Collaborate with Product/Service Leads to identify foundational transition items as required to support WPM SOW.
    • Clearly define and align product and service line roles to support account teams as needed
    • Monitor the progress toward the implementation date and escalate as required to stay on schedule.
  • Clarify and communicate project objectives including detailed understanding of client expectations, status of deliverables and success criteria.
    • Define and implement project plans in accordance with client's needs as early as pre-MSA through transition, optimization and transformation as required.
    • Develop integrated transition plans detailed in MS Project and Excel timelines as required.
    • Implement project plans in accordance with client's needs as outlined in the MSA from Transition through Optimization (stabilization)
    • Identify and manage overall project dependencies and ensure project deliverables stay on-time, on-target and on-budget
    • Communicate status effectively, manage account/client expectations as related to transition/optimization deliverables
  • Identify, document and share Account "go forward" Foundational expectations" to include as required:
    • Operational Manuals
    • Roles and Responsibilities
    • Program Development such as Preventative Maintenance, EHS, BCP, and procedures i.e. MOP/SOP
    • Collaborate with Platform/CSTMO/Product Owners/Service Leads to identify post go-live resources as required to support WPM SOW
  • Responsible for WPM client satisfaction throughout the deployment/transition process (including post go-live, handoff and optimization as applicable).
  • Provide a clear management support structure between the product owner and the Account Management Lead
  • This role requires some travel (up to 50%).

Qualifications
  • 10 + years' experience preferably in Program/Project Management across multiple functional areas with deep technical knowledge of Facility/Account Management.
  • Must have excellent leadership, team management and relationship building skills.
  • Detail driven and oriented with ability to drive results through Deployment Team.
  • Solid program management and problem solving skills with the ability to focus both strategically and tactically to achieve firm and client business goals
  • Self-directed, with the ability to work independently and manage communications up and down in the organization
  • Highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects
  • Excellent business and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Leadership qualities such as conflict/issue resolution skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent business and communication skills (written and oral) with Advanced Computer skills in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Power Point.


Estimated total compensation for this position:

114,000.00 - 154,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
