Job Description

NAOVI is seeking a Senior Electronic Publisher for the following task within the Intelligence Community (IC):

Primary responsibilities:
  • MUST Currently Possess an Active TSSCI w/CI polygraph for consideration of this position. (Required)
  • Process, lay out content, publish, and disseminate a wide variety of intelligence products via internal and external websites and applications.
  • Provides professional finished intelligence processing, laying out of content, publishing, and dissemination services.
  • Process, lay out content, publish, and disseminate products.
  • Create HTML and other versions of products, post them to multiple electronic systems, and ensure customers have access.
  • Manage web content on a variety of classified websites; post a variety of products to appropriate networks and identify which products to disseminate to which networks archive copies to appropriate storage areas.
  • Ensure electronic products are appropriately classified and void of typos, errors, and hidden character sets: respond to taskers to identify and print products released to specific customer sets and IC collaboration meetings.
  • All content on web delivery portals will be updated as required based on tasks or requirements.

Required Education and Experience:
  • BA/BS and 12+ years of experience, Masters and 10+ years of experience, PhD with 7+ years of experience or no Bachelor's degree and 16+ years of experience.
  • TS/SCI with CI Polygraph level clearance is required.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
  • Expert experience in specialized area of classification guidelines, experience posting to the web, HTML, and meta-tagging.
  • Experience with classified IC dissemination platforms, information sharing rules, and Intelligence Community Markings System Register and Manual Standards.
