Preferred Locations (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 remote)

• Primary: Pittsburgh
• Secondary: Dallas, Phoenix, Birmingham, Strongsville

Required Skills:

• 7-9 years of experience in design systems, ideally contributing to or maintaining them.
• Proficiency in Figma, especially in building components.
• Strong background in product design and systems thinking.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience with mobile (native) design systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of design tokens and building reusable Figma design components.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the design system and component library.
• Conduct design reviews to ensure alignment with established standards.
• Research and implement UX best practices, focusing on accessibility.
• Prepare proposals for governance and facilitate governance activities.
• Host open office hours to support design initiatives.
• Create and document graphics using Figma.
• Provide help desk support for design-related queries.
• Build and maintain Figma components.

Education/Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• UX Bootcamp Design certificates are accepted.
