As the Sr. Manager, Paid Media Performance Marketing, you will lead the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns to drive new customer acquisition for our direct-to-consumer e-commerce business. With a focus on META, Google, and TikTok, you'll be responsible for building and optimizing campaigns that scale efficiently and deliver high-value customers. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and requires close collaboration with creative, brand, and e-commerce teams to ensure performance aligns with business goals and brand standards.

What you will do
  • Lead digital advertising campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads to drive sales and new customer acquisition.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Develop and execute ad testing strategies, collaborating with brand and creative teams.
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Stay current on industry trends, new ad products, and best practices.

What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or other related field or commensurate experience and education.
  • 5+ years of experience with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads with proven success managing ad spending of $1M+ for direct-to-consumer brands
  • 5+ years of core experience in performance marketing with a focus on Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube), and TikTok for direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in managing and mentoring performance marketing teams, guiding cross-functional teams to collaborate effectively and achieve performance goals.
  • Proven success managing ad spend of $1M+, driving new customer acquisition, scaling campaigns, and optimizing return on ad spend (ROAS) across multiple digital platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign execution, from strategic planning to optimization, ensuring campaign performance aligns with business goals and KPIs.
  • Deep expertise in developing, executing, and optimizing paid media strategies across Facebook, Google, and TikTok, specifically for direct-to-consumer sales.
  • Data-driven strategic thinker with a strong ability to analyze campaign performance data and make optimizations in real time to maximize growth and efficiency.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with creative, brand, and e-commerce teams to develop engaging campaigns that align with brand guidelines.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing ad testing strategies, partnering with brand and creative teams to quickly implement new and optimized ads.
  • Up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for digital advertising, ensuring that the latest tools, platforms, and strategies are being utilized effectively.
  • Experience with budget management, optimizing ad spend to ensure maximum impact and cost efficiency while scaling campaigns to meet business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high-quality results.

The base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, so the salary range may not apply to other states.
