Leads and manages a team of Customer Solutions Specialists, ensuring high quality customer service and satisfaction by overseeing daily operations, training staff, resolving issues and improving processes and methods.

Work Experience: Required 3-5 years customer service job experience at increasing levels of responsibility (senior CS or supervisor level).
Management Experience: Preferred 1-2 years' experience as a customer service lead or supervisor is preferred.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $68,200.00 and $109,200.00/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including variable pay and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO (Paid Time Off) and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these additional compensation and benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervising, training, and coaching customer solutions specialists.
- Assigning tasks and managing workloads.
- Monitoring team performance and providing support and feedback.
- Addressing individual CSS concerns and providing support.
- Identifying and addressing areas for improvement in CSS team members.
- Ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and procedures.
- Handling escalated customer issues and complaints.
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensuring accurate and consistent service delivery.
- Communicating effectively with customers, staff, and other departments.
- Writing and presenting reports clearly and concisely.
- Analyzing customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement.
