OVERVIEW

As the Project Manager, Specialty Products, you are responsible for managing IGT's content and Hardware roadmap for Specialty Markets (Class II, CDS, HHR and Participation). This position is the primary reference for ensuring the timely release and regulatory approval for all components of IGT's offering in the target markets.

This position will work in strict cooperation with the content manager for the assigned product lines and be the main point of contact with the Studios organization developing games as well as the hardware engineering team for the hardware releases. This position is also the main interface with the Compliance team, ensuring that all games and cabinets are properly setup for the external labs certification, as well as the Finance team to ensure proper tracking of al R&D projects.

This position is hybrid and can be located in Las Vegas, NV or Reno, NV.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and monitor key milestone for all R&D projects under their responsibility
Develop project plans and associated communications documents
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Monitor timeline variations vs. projects' goals and trigger corrective actions
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Plan and schedule project timelines using IGT's custom roadmap management tools
Track project milestones and deliverables.
Support monthly status updates on all development projects in cooperation with Contente Management team
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Build, develop, and grow cross functional relationships vital to the success of the projects.

COMMUNICATIONS/INTERACTIONS:
Content Management, to ensure proper scope and extent of yearly content roadmap as well as hardware release plans
Compliance Team, focusing on prompt and efficient certification of all releases (HW and SW)
Game Studios, to support the game development process, monitor project changes and manage Change Requests
Hardware Engineering, to create and execute on hardware release plans

REQUIREMENTS
Must have PMP certification
3+ years of project management experience
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
Must have excellent communication, written and oral skills.
Must be familiar with all software development methodology (Waterfall, Agile, Lean)
Ideally familiar with Salesforce, PPM, JIRA, SAP and Airtable

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience in regulated gaming is a plus
Experience working in cross-functional teams and vendors in projects, including resource planning, scheduling, progress tracking and reporting, and comfort with raising issues and escalating them to senior management if necessary.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $55,177 - $156,700. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
