- Collaborates closely with the Project Manager (PM), Architect, and Administrators to develop ETL processes and reports.
- Responsible for ensuring smooth data extraction, transformation, and loading processes as an ETL developer.
- Detail design based on source to target mapping.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Designs and develops ETL processes to efficiently extract data from various sources and transform it for analytical purposes.
- Designs and implements optimized ELT processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources efficiently.
- Ensures the reliability, accuracy, and performance of ETL processes and reports through rigorous testing and optimization.
- Maintains documentation for ETL processes, including technical specifications and user guides.
- Provides support and troubleshooting assistance for ETL processes as needed.
- Conducts thorough testing and validation of ELT processes and reports to ensure accuracy and reliability of data analytics.
- Leads code optimization efforts to enhance the performance and scalability of ELT processes and reports.
- Provides mentorship and support to junior developers, assisting them in solving technical challenges and improving their skills.
- Maintains documentation for ELT processes and reports, including technical specifications, design documents, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to address complex data challenges and optimize solutions effectively.
- Working experience in healthcare client.
- 8-10 years' experience as Sr. Data Engineer.
- Specializes in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) using ETL tools Matillion, DataStage etc.
- Experience in Snowflake, Netezza.
- Strong Python and SQL programming.
- Experience with Data warehousing techniques(Star Schema, Snowflaking, Normalization, Denormalization, Aggregations).
- Working experience in Health Care domain.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and convey technical concepts effectively.
