We're seeking a Sr. Account Executive to join our team-a seasoned, results-driven professional with a proven track record of success in retail media, advertising, and strategic partnership management. As a senior leader, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our brand partners while driving NMN's growth and influence in the retail media space. A day in the life...
  • Driving Strategic Growth:
    Lead partnerships with brands, serving as a strategic advisor to help them achieve their goals through Nordstrom Media Network's advertising solutions. Your leadership will directly impact brands' success and revenue growth within Nordstrom's ecosystem.
  • Shaping Media Strategy:
    Design, implement, and oversee innovative and data-driven media strategies, ensuring alignment with Nordstrom's broader business goals. Partner with internal teams to develop comprehensive media plans and present these strategies to senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Cultivating High-Impact Relationships:
    Act as a trusted, senior advisor to brand partners, elevating relationships to strategic partnerships. Provide thought leadership and insights that help brands maximize the value of NMN's media offerings.
  • Leading Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with Buying, Analytics, Operations, and Account Management teams to ensure campaigns are flawlessly executed while aligning with Nordstrom's category priorities and overall business strategy.
  • Elevating Retail Media Expertise:
    Educate and inspire brand partners and their agency teams about the potential of retail media, positioning Nordstrom as a leader in connecting brands with their ideal customers.
  • Driving Team Excellence:
    Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing expertise to foster growth within NMN and ensuring the team delivers exceptional service to partners.


You own this if you have...
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, media, advertising, or a related field, with a focus on retail media or e-commerce preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing high-profile clients, developing strategic media plans, and delivering measurable results.
  • Expertise in sales tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

California: $105,000-$206,500 annually, Colorado: $105,000-$173,000 annually, Connecticut: $105,000-$173,000 annually, Hawaii: $105,000-$173,000 annually, Illinois: $105,000-$173,000 annually, Maryland: $105,000-$173,000 annually, Massachusetts: $105,000-$173,000 annually, Minnesota: $105,000-$173,000 annually, Nevada: $105,000-$173,000 annually, New York: $105,000-$206,500 annually, Rhode Island: $105,000-$173,000 annually, Washington: $105,000-$199,000 annually, Washington D.C.: $105,000-$173,000 annually
