In this role, you will lead the growth of an AI team, develop an ambitious roadmap to enhance robotic capabilities, and push the boundaries of what's possible in the field of AI-powered robotics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the AI team while planning to triple the team size in the next 2 years.
• Develop and implement a forward-thinking roadmap to enhance robotic capabilities with AI.
• Ensure the competitiveness of AI-driven solutions in the robotics industry.
• Drive innovation across short- and long-term goals, providing deep technological expertise to the organization.
• Influence external thought leadership and establish the company as an industry leader.
• Oversee Intellectual Property aspects to further strengthen the company's patent portfolio.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and imitation learning.
• Solid experience in computer vision, object detection, and NLP algorithms.
• Extensive knowledge in motion control, path planning, and autonomous decision-making.
• Hands-on experience in implementing scalable AI solutions for robotics.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proven ability to scale teams at speed while maintaining top-tier talent.
